Essentials

Flexibility Built In
Upgrade Options:
Every Member has the option to upgrade their membership to a higher level at any appointment. Upgrade pricing is as follows:
- Upgrade from Essentials to Elite: +$45
Rollover Option:
If the member is unable to use their service in a given month, they can, with sufficient notice, request to exercise our Roll-Over option which allows that service to be used anytime in the 60 days following the date of the deferred month’s fee draft. The ROO may not be applied to consecutive months.
Late Cancellations & No Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 2 business days notice will be considered received. Alternatively, the member may reschedule or invoke the ROO for a $75 fee. No fees or penalty will apply if the canceled appointment is able to be filled by another client. All No Shows for scheduled membership appointments will be considered received.
Membership Freeze:
Members may request a membership freeze once per calendar year. A membership freeze fee of $50 will apply unless the freeze is required for extenuating circumstances (serious illness, military obligations, employment based temporary relocation, etc.) A freeze can be for a duration of one month up to 1⁄2 the term of the membership. Freeze requests require 15 days notice.
Membership Termination:
Members may request a membership termination with 15 days notice and a termination fee of $100. The fee will not apply if the termination is being requested for extenuating circumstances (death or permanent severe disability, relocation beyond a 1 hour travel radius).
