At Source Medical Aesthetics, we evaluate your skin and design a customized treatment plan to maximize results and minimize downtime. Three different levels of peels are available depending on your skin type and the imperfections you wish to address. 

Why get a chemical peel?

Performed by our licensed skincare professionals, chemical peels are essential in sustaining and restoring skin health. Each procedure is non-invasive and formulated with active chemical exfoliants that help restore skin surface and appearance. Peels effectively speed up the process of cellular turnover by shedding the top layer of dead surface cells, revealing brighter, smoother and renewed skin underneath. Chemical peels are available in a range of intensities with different active ingredients to target various skin concerns - fine lines and wrinkles, acne prone, hyperpigmented or uneven skin as they help build collagen and resurface the skin.


All procedures are completed in under 20 minutes, consisting of one or more layers for 3-5 minutes each, depending on the type of chemical peel used, patient skin type and skin’s reaction to the treatment.

  • SkinFocus Actinage Peel

    The Actinage Peel uses mandelic, salicylic, and azelaic acids along with retinol to treat skin that is prone to acne. 


    Actinage helps stop acne and stop the skin from making too much oil. It also makes the skin smoother and gives it a healthy glow. The ingredients in the peel have anti-aging, anti-bacterial, melanin-blocking, and skin-brightening effects.



  • SkinFocus Dual Phase Brightening Peel

    • Brightening, full power peel with homecare                             
    • A superficial peel combining three natural, non-corrosive acids to help smooth and brighten skin with reduced risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation                                                      
    • Can be performed in a series of 4-6 treatments every 2-3 weeks for enhanced effects

    • A multi-functional peel combining 34% Azeloyl trichloroacetamide, 17% Salicylic acid and 2% Retinol

    • Follow-up peel from Dual Phase Brightening Peel                                                               
    • A superficial peel that brightens while exfoliating 
    • Combines keratolytic Salicylic and Azelaic acids with brightening Arbutin and retinol
