Dr. Krever leads our team and puts to use the experience and skills of our highly trained staff to optimize your outcomes. Every patient is a unique individual, and we customize care plans to fit the specific goals, concerns, and lifestyles accordingly.


While our focus is centered around a spectrum of less invasive skin and body procedures, we also work cooperatively with other providers such as plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons, weight management consultants, and dental specialists to help you access the appropriate care for your personal goals.

Simply put, our goal is to use our skills and resources to help our patients feel happier about their appearance. We believe this goes a long way beyond scribbling out a prescription or injecting a bit of Botox here or there. While there is occasionally a single intervention that can make a drastic change for a patient, we find that making gentle improvements on a number of different aspects of appearance has the most natural and beautiful effects.

Our Team

Kristine Krever, MD

Dr. Krever is a board certified family physician who specializes in aesthetic medicine. She earned her premedical undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and completed her medical training at Eastern Virginia Medical School in her hometown of Norfolk, Virginia.

    After marrying her college sweetheart, Dr. Krever moved to his home state of New Jersey where she completed a residency in the Virtua Health System, receiving intensive training under specialists in all aspects of medical care including general medicine, surgery, dermatology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, and more. Inspired by her passion for women’s health and natural aptitude for detail-oriented medical procedures, she made the decision to pursue aesthetic medicine as a sub-specialty.


    Dr. Krever has devoted all of her professional energies to becoming an expert in the delivery of aesthetic medical care and procedures. At Source Medical Aesthetics, where the emphasis is on personalized care, Dr. Krever finds it refreshing and gratifying to be able to spend 30 minutes to an hour with patients investigating their concerns and developing a plan of care for a problem that is often too complicated for a 5 to 10 minute typical office visit. Dr. Krever prides herself on being friendly, compassionate, and committed to serving as a resource for her patients. She has a keen interest and focus on the care and correction of common skin issues such as acne and rosacea. In addition, she understands and promotes the physical and psychological benefits of graceful aging, addressing the effects of stress to our outward facade, and bringing out a healthy, radiant appearance.

Tyler Schwarz

Office Manager

With nearly a decade of dedicated management experience, primarily in the retail industry, Tyler brings her wealth of knowledge to our Source Medical Aesthetics team. Her passion for all things beauty and cosmetics led her to an exciting career change, making the switch to the aesthetics industry in 2022.

Kristine Parrino

Clinical Care Coordinator

With a long history in customer service in a number of busy, high-stakes industries, Kristine heads up our front desk, making sure that each patient's needs receive the highest level of attention possible. Carefully managing our schedule to make sure that patients have convenient access is her number one priority. Outside of the office, Kristine cherishes time with her husband, two daughters, and of course - her mini dachshund, Olive (make sure to stop by the front desk and ask for pictures next time you're here!).


Jennifer Aimi

Clinical Aesthetician, Skin Masterclass® Certified and Licensed Skincare Consultant

A licensed aesthetician since 2006, Jennifer leads our Aesthetics department with the goal of delivering  consistently outstanding patient experiences while achieving transformative results.  Her dedication to safety and results is matched only by her desire to create a calming space for patients to relax and while having their skin cared for with the most effective technologies and ingredients.

    When she isn't busy teaching , treating or guiding patients, she enjoys spending time enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 3 dogs.

Stefanie Bailey

Clinical Aesthetician, Skin Masterclass® Certified and Licensed Skincare Consultant

With over 16 years experience as a licensed aesthetician, Stefanie beings a wide breadth of expertise to patient care.  In addition to her skincare acumen, she is also a yoga instructor and skilled in the application of Rieke and Gua Sha manipulation. She approaches each and every client as a unique challenge an prides herself in using her unique skill set to bring out a beautiful, healthy glow in all types of skin.

Daniela is a pivotal member of the Source Medical Aesthetics team, serving as Dr. Krever's main medical assistant and our certified CoolSculpting Specialist. Her dual roles along with being a licensed aesthetician makes her an invaluable asset in ensuring our patients' well-being and satisfaction.

CMA

Victoria, a 2020 graduate from Monmouth University with a bachelor's degree in Health Science, plays an integral role here at Source Medical Aesthetics. As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, she works closely with Dr. Krever, contributing her expertise to ensure top-notch patient care.

This dual qualification uniquely positions her to be able to provide the best support for you and your aesthetic goals! Kaitlyn completes the trio that is our exceptional front desk team. She's a Monmouth University graduate with a Magna Cum Laude degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Management.

She also brings to the table three years of experience in the real estate industry and gives back as a volunteer girls' lacrosse coach. Beyond her professional life, Kaitlyn resides in Matawan with her husband, Christian, and is an avid sports lover who enjoys hiking, cooking, the beach, and spending quality time with friends and family. 

Khushbu Patel, RN

Nurse Injector

Khushbu is your trusted RN injector at Source Medical Aesthetics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University of Nursing in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from City College of New York.

    With a passion for aesthetics, she has been in the industry since 2021, gaining experience in a variety of treatments including injectables, thread lifts, and PRP therapy. 


    Prior to her career in aesthetics, Khushbu worked in emergency medicine and critical care and now combines her medical expertise with an artistic touch to help you achieve your aesthetic goals! 


    Khushbu is currently attending Chamberlain University of Nursing once again and is on track to achieve her Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2025. When she isn't busy at the office or with school, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family and friends!
